Justine Françoise Pouravelis
12-Time Emmy Award-Winner
Director of Original Content
I am Justine Pouravelis.

I am a 12-time Emmy Award Winning producer who has always loved to create content and story tell. I began directing movies with friends in high school and then continued my love of filmmaking while studying Economics at Bowdoin College in Maine. With nearly two decades of experience in the creative world, I have produced nearly all types of content from long-form documentaries, short-form digital video, live television and social media. I have managed a multi-platform team of nearly 15 people; overseeing social media, long and short-form content strategy and original content production for the home of the Red Sox and Bruins. I set strategy and KPI goals for a multi-platform content team across 11 social streams with over 1.5 million combined followers.
I helped spearhead the launch of Women of NESN (WON), an external female-led branding of umbrella women's sports content in New England creating content for the PWHL hockey team and took part in launching a video podcast about women's sports called "Respect Her Game".
I was a former Division III All-American basketball player at Bowdoin College and named the 2005 National AHEPA Greek Female collegiate athlete of the year. I was inducted into the 2015 New England Basketball Hall of Fame. I am a proud Charlestown resident and Maine native.
